Medicare Part B payment adjustments are guaranteed in future years through the score produced as a result of their performance in self-selected measures/activities. This program is composed of four categories which are as follows:

  • Promoting Interoperability: 25%
  • Improvement Activities: 15%
  • Cost: 15%
